Success at Cassel Bear is measured by our clients coming back to us after the main visual identity projects are finished and implemented. This means we have done our research properly, thoroughly explored conceptual development, successfully implemented the design solutions and have a good relationship with our clients. The latter is extremely important to us.
We ask our clients for feedback along the way and at the end of projects in relation to process, quality of work and communication. Our desire is to grow into a servant relationship with each client where efficient, smart and good design solutions are a breeze to implement.

One would think that choosing the right foods when opening a new restaurant is the most important decision to make, but you have to get the customers in your door first. Many first-time customers ask if we are a chain franchise. When I tell them this is our first restaurant they consistently respond by saying, "Really? You look like a national chain."
Team Cassel Bear created a clean, intelligent branding for Beeb's Deli. The logo is phenomenal. It is unique and can be used on multiple surfaces, in multiple ways. Our brochures, colors, signage, employee wearables, story, all give the impression that they were created by a national chain's marketing department.
Cassel Bear is a unique team, bouncing ideas off of each other while making use of individual strengths. We were amazed at how creative Karen's mind is. She is greatly talented in both visual and verbal communication skills.
