Beeb's Deli
Beeb's Deli is the latest deli to hit the Columbus scene. It is located in the fastest growing county in Ohio and is targeting the growing business lunch crowd as well as the upscale neighborhoods located in the immediate vicinity. Beeb's Deli differentiates themselves from their competition, including Panera Bread Co. and Chipotle, by offering the highest quality of meat served in a high-stacked deli sandwich.
Cassel Bear listened to the vision of Britt and Kristi Tumblison, owners of Beeb's Deli, and then developed a logo and visual identity system that would attract their target market. We designed outdoor building and road signage, a printed menu, indoor and outdoor menu boards, restaurant environmental graphics, way-finding signage, table-top tents, coupons, newspaper advertisements, a web site, and more as part of this comprehensive project. The process included oversight of subcontracted illustration and sign manufacturing. Cassel Bear also provided professional copywriting services, photography and consultation for tag line development.
