Goldrush Estates
Redlake, Ontario is experiencing the largest goldrush in its history! A new vein was struck about two years ago, so there have been many new mining families moving to the community for work. The forestry industry is also booming, so the town is excitedly growing.
However, this growth has led to challenges in the current housing situation. Most of the existing houses are in poor condition, but are very highly priced because of the recent population boom.
Marlin and Leslie Herr have been residents of Redlake for the past seven years. During this time, they have established key relationships and have solidified their humble leadership within the community. After evaluating their talents, interests and community needs, they decided to offer a new solution to the housing issue.
Gold Rush Estates Limited was established and plans were drawn up for a new condominium development. Marlin and Leslie decided to design beautiful homes, build them with lasting quality and offer them at a very reasonable cost.
Cassel Bear was approached to design the visual identity for Gold Rush Estates Limited. The identity was then applied to signage, a trade show banner, newspaper ads, a brochure and a web site.
