Rebecca's Bistro
Rebecca I. Miller is passionate about people and food. In 1993, she combined those passions to form The Peppermint Mill on Main Street in Sugarcreek, Ohio--the heart of the world's largest Amish community. She hosted many tea parties and created an atmosphere that would delight every feminine soul.
In 2002, she sold The Peppermint Mill and bought an old log cabin in Walnut Creek. While she still serves specialty coffees and teas, her focus has shifted to gourmet meals.
The new focus and expanded menu brought with it the need for Rebecca to revisit her visual identity: Business Name, Logo, Signage, Menus, etc. Rebecca needed to correctly portray the image of her gourmet restaurant. Cassel Bear worked closely with Rebecca to develop a new name and identity system that would capture and convey the experience each customer enjoys at Rebecca's Bistro.
In addition to creating elegant meals, Rebecca also markets her famous Sensational Herb Dressing and Gourmet Tomato Basil Soup. Cassel Bear designed packaging that communicates the quality of these gourmet products.
